Our annual Costa Rica Walking Tour is your dream vacation in a tropical paradise! Gourmet raw foods, served in our unique Simply Delicious 80/10/10 style, will wow you daily. We will stay at Rio Chirripo Retreat Center, tucked away in the steep Talamanca Mountains of Costa Rica, at the base of Mt. Chirripo, the highest point in the country. With miles and miles of walking trails, running routes, and pristine rivers, you will feel the warmth of the tropics in February and bask in the glow of this brilliant vacation getaway.

Travel and Accommodations:
Bus travel during your stay in Costa Rica, hotel accommodations at the beginning and end of the stay, and food and lodging at the retreat center are all included.
Activities:
Every morning you will enjoy a guided walk, which will accommodate all fitness levels. Each day Dr. Graham will lecture about health, fitness, and becoming your best. And each evening will feature a social event designed to augment your understanding of healthful living.
Food:
The food is all raw vegan,* with luscious watermelons, amazing mangoes, mouth-watering pineapples, a bounty of bananas, glorious greens, specialty tropical fruits, a low-fat gourmet raw meal prepared each night by the Walking Tour staff and so many more delicious treats.

Event Refund Policy
All events are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. A 20% charge will be applied to any cancellations that do not fall within this period. Event deposits are fully transferable to other people or events. Please contact us to discuss availability and changes. Refunds for services or events will be issued as soon as practicable after we receive your request by phone, email, or postal mail.
